Wow check out the view from Sunchase 302! This 2 BR BEACHFRONT HAS ONE OF THE BEST VIEWS IN GULF SHORES. It sits above the beautiful white beaches of Gulf Shores. It also has a heated pool and hot tub and a grilling area. Close to everything with restaurant, convenience/grocery store, ice cream parlor, and fish market right across the street. We include all of your essentials including beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
One parking pass and designated parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY in the assigned parking space for #302 is included. If you have an additional vehicle there are 3 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are on a first come first serve basis. You will also receive instructions with the check in details on purchasing an additional pass.
