This place was everything we imaged and more! I always bring extra supplies but everything was so well stocked. The location was great! Right on the beach and tons of restaurants close by. Everything was so clean and even the beds were super comfortable! Host was also super responsive. My family of 4 loved this place!

The views from the 32nd floor were fantastic and were probably our favorite part. The condo has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well-appointed, storage was plentiful, and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

This BnB was maintained spectacularly. It was as described and right on the beach. Centrally located to food, drinks, and entertainment. It was the perfect spot for us to enjoy a well-rounded vacation. I would love to stay again!

“First of all, Patti is such a gem to deal with.. Very patient and takes time to answer any and all questions. Second, the unit is just darling. The view is stunning and on the top floor, but only 3 stories because its a low density complex. We have stayed here 2 or 3 times now, and have stayed at Sunchase for about 18 years. We get this unit for our kids, and they love it. We will ALWAYS rent 301 when we stay at the complex. DO NOT hesitate to get this one, you will not be disappointed. PROMISE! Perfect for just one couple, or if you have a few kids. Meets all your needs in every way. Thanks again Patti for letting us stay in your unit. See you next year!!!”
