Your Gulf Coast Vacation Starts Here

“Wonderful, cozy unit that was just right for our vacation. Staff was very quick to solve a dead battery in the entry system. Had a great time. Thanks so much!”

“First of all, Patti is such a gem to deal with.. Very patient and takes time to answer any and all questions. Second, the unit is just darling. The view is stunning and on the top floor, but only 3 stories because its a low density complex. We have stayed here 2 or 3 times now, and have stayed at Sunchase for about 18 years. We get this unit for our kids, and they love it. We will ALWAYS rent 301 when we stay at the complex. DO NOT hesitate to get this one, you will not be disappointed. PROMISE! Perfect for just one couple, or if you have a few kids. Meets all your needs in every way. Thanks again Patti for letting us stay in your unit. See you next year!!!”

“our stay was great, good weather, condo is a neat little rascal, clean and comfortable, loved it.”

“Condo was excellent. Great views of the Gulf. Easy to walk to the beach. Janet and Patti are awesome to work with. They take great care of their clients. Thank you to both of them.”
