This cozy comfortable 2 BR 1 Bath Condo, located in the heart of Gulf Shores and just steps from the white sandy beach, offers everything you need for a memorable vacation! This recently updated & elegant beachside condo is the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf right outside your front door. Stocked with essentials like beach chairs, sand toys and plastic ware will ensure you have a spectacular Beach vacation. There is also a grocery/convenience store, ice cream parlor, seafood market and restaurant right across the street. The pool is heated all year and includes a hot tub.

We provide parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY in the assigned parking space for #208. If you have an additional vehicle there are 3 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are available on a first come first serve basis.

Located in a low-density area and condo 208 is the best choice for families! This unit offers a peaceful and charming environment with less crowding and more privacy on the beach. This complex boasts a heated pool with hot tub and a picnic/grilling area. The unit is located on the 2nd floor. Note: The complex does not have an elevator.

Inside, you'll find a spacious, open concept living area designed for family relaxation. The cozy living room is perfect for movie nights with free WiFi or unwinding after a fun day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare family meals, and the dining area is great for sharing meals and stories.

Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV.

BATHROOM
Full size bathroom, featuring an elegant tile shower with a grab bar and seat, comes equipped with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper and is conveniently located across from the bedrooms.

KITCHEN
Expansive cabinetry with full size refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Some small appliances include toaster, blender, Keurig + traditional coffee maker and more.

DINING
The 4-person table and 2 person bar seating allows for family dinners in the same space.

LAUNDRY
This unit features a stackable washer and dryer and has an
iron & ironing board for all your laundering needs.

BEACH ESSENTIALS
Included with the home are beach chairs, variety of sand toys, and beach towels. Beach access is down the stairs and around the pool. A pool card is provided to access the pool area and is located on the key hook by the front door. A $100 replacement fee will be charged for any lost/stolen key cards.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. We love our pets but it is a HOA rule.

We have always and will continue to perform a very thorough cleaning and disinfection program between every guest.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
