Harbour Place 401

We had the best time at Harbour Place 401 (May 15th through the 20th). Great condo for couples and or small families. Plenty of space in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Kitchen was very well appointed. You have your choice of a drip coffee maker or a Kreig coffee maker. Nice little bar setup to eat your meals at. Regular size refrigerator, along with a regular stove/cook top. Only drawback was there's not any storage room in the kitchen if you bring your own things to cook with. The living room has a nice flatscreen TV with more than enough channels to choose from. The sofa sleeper was a little uncomfortable to sit on, but most are. There are 2 recliners for additional seating. The second bathroom was a plus. It is a full bathroom with a little shower right off the living room. The bedroom was spacious with an adjustable King bed that is a plus. Large closet for your cloths and suitcase. The master bath was fantastic, just updated! Double sinks and a large tub/shower. The place we spent most of our time was the balcony area. Large double sliding glass doors that open up to a beautiful view of the Gulf. Loved the view and even saw a couple of dolphins swim by. We ate several meals in the evening on the balcony. Read a book and took in the Gulf air, watched the world go by. The main elevator was down for most of our stay, not sure why. There is a second elevator at the South end of the building with easy access. The main elevator is next to the condo, but when it was working, we didn't hear any noise from it. Janet at Sunny Beaches was very easy to work with. Just a text or phone call away. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The building is well maintained and easy to access. The location is convenient to shopping, beach and restaurants.

The property is older but well maintained and clean. It's beach front, walk straight to beach. The swimming pool and hot tub are kept clean and well maintained.
