Leaving Footprints is in a low density condominium complex (Sunrise Village) which means the pool and beach is never too crowded. You can pick up some fresh seafood at S&S Seafood market just across the street and use the fully equipped kitchen to have a great home cooked meal or if you prefer to eat out options are fabulous. The Beach House restaurant is across the street right next door to the S&S Seafood Market and the Hangout is about 1.6 miles east with tons of great choices along the way. We provide a guest guide in the unit and it provides all of our favorites. A Smart TV in the living room allows you to access all of your streaming accounts and Satellite TV on all 3 TVs and free WIFI keeps you connected to the world if you aren't ready to unplug. The fully stocked kitchen also includes a starter pack of dish/laundry pods, dish soap, coffee, garbage bags & paper towels. Added bonus inside the condo is a stackable washer/dryer and iron/ironing board for all your laundering needs. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. We love our pets but it is a HOA rule. It is on the first level, accessible by stairs next to the parking space and convenient for loading/unloading. Being older, the parking spaces are for smaller vehicles. It is a tight fit. It is an inner unit and has no view of the beach except from a bedroom window. Not something you could sit and look out of leisurely. The outside photo of the patio furniture is not from a balcony of the unit itself but is at the end of the first-floor walkway. It was a beautiful view but it was a public landing with 2 seats on the way down to the beach access. There are 4 bar stools, small bistro table w/2 seats and a pull-out sofa that was very noisy to sit on. We did not use the pull-out for sleeping but it was comfortable to sit on. Washer/dryer was convenient. Well stocked with dishes, cookware, games, books, a few beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, net, and other beach toys. Patti was a great host."
