A pool card is provided to access the pool area and is located on the kitchen counter. A $100 replacement fee will be charged for any lost/stolen key cards. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. We love our pets, but it is a HOA rule. This unit is located on the 3rd floor so no one is above you! Note; complex does not have an elevator.
